Packaged in a fiber box, I think it's unlikely that there'll be any damage in shipping.Includes a separate little box of the necessary tools. Three different types of screwdrivers.A quick search found a 6-minute video that showed the steps. I can tell you it didn't take me 6 minutes to repair the phone it was probably more like 1/2 hour.The three different screwdrivers worked as expected.Keep in mind that you're dealing with very small screws of different types and it's important to keep them separated. Agility and dexterity are a requirement!Very pleased to have my iPhone 7 plus working again.

My iPhone 6s got a cracked screen, and this product made it look like a new phone. To me it was my second time to replace the screen so I guess I'm used to disassemble the phone and do the job. Removing super tiny screws and remembering each location are alway a pain. I wish there were a product that contains the replacement screen only, as I now have two sets of tools.
