Installation Instruction:
1. Watch a YouTube instruction video before installation. Just search ' iPhone 11 Pro screen replacement ' on youtube.
2. Must be disconnected the battery cable or powered off the phone before installation. Or your phone will be easy to damaged when install.
3. There are different sizes and length screws when you replace your iPhone lcd Assembly,
please remark each screw and put them in the original place [VERY IMPORTANT].
4. Do not pull the flex cable. Be careful during installation, otherwise will cause the black screen, blurred screen or no display.

I almost never write reviews, but this one I HAD to because I was skeptical and I know someone else is gonna come along and be like me. If you’re looking for an affordable fix, THIS IS IT!! The step by step video made it so easy to follow along and work. My only issue really was the suction cup, you WILL cut yourself on the ring that it comes with BUT, you can take it out and put a plastic stick in it and it makes it so much easier when trying to wiggle the cracked or broken screen out. Overall, this took me maybe an hour, just because I wanted to be cautious and careful. Would I do this again? Probably not for my own anxiety lol, but this was so much easier than taking it to someone and paying an insane amount.

Suction was different than the video provided and cheaply made. Broke I heated on high my phone with the blow dryer to heat up the glue to no success to lift the broken case. Disappointed.

Very nice installation kit included with screen purchase, very detailed installation instructions and 3 year extended warranty, you can’t beat that.

I wish I could give 5 stars because this company has awesome customer service but since I did have an issue with the screen,I couldn't justify it. I bought a replacement screen for my son’s iphone 11 pro and the screen went in easily, worked great and for a reasonable price. Only problem is that it began having issues after a few months.I reached out for a replacement or refund and was told Amazon would handle it. So I contacted Amazon, who’s customer service sucks. I was told that it was beyond 30 days so no refund by the Amazon chat assistant. I escalated the request because I do not think a product that stops working in a few months should be the customer’s issue.The Amazon assistant replied that the product was not the problem and that the issue was with whom installed it and then asked who did the screen replacement. I was in fact the person who installed the screen and thought it was a nice attempt to past the buck but it wasn’t going to fly.Amazon finally agreed to a refund upon return of the screen. I live 45 minutes away from the closest town so I get into town only once a week. 4 days after reaching out to Amazon, I check on my return email. This is when I see that the refund had been changed to a partial refund and that it would expire the next day however I wasn’t able to go into town until the day after.Unhappy with this outcome, I reached out to the company by an email that was included with the screen for customer service issues. I explained how Amazon was handling the situation and they were compassionate and offered a full refund without having to send the screen back to them. And they did it all the same day without any hesitation.Awesome Customer Service! The screen seemed to work great for a while but started to have issues. I can not be certain if this was due to my son or due to a defective screen. But seeing how awesome their customer service is, I would recommend this product because it comes with a quick and easy refund if you do have any issues.It seems like it is harder to find companies that stand by their products and that give a refund if their products do not meet your standards. This is that company. Take note Amazon, this is what your customers expect.

I have just installed the replacement screen on iPhone 11Pro. It was a very smooth process. The screen is packaged really well inside of a metal box with great padding, and that is further packaged in a larger cardboard box, where all the tools are, together with instructions.The installation was quite straightforward (I had the pleasure to change screens on over 10 iPhones over the years for different family members) and easy. I had to move one component from the old screen to the new screen. I think it is a speaker and/or some sensor).It was easy to “pop” everything together after I have done function test before putting in the glue edge and another after it, and the final one after the assembly.The screen is LCD, replacing OLED, but it looks fine, at least indoors.It is a good product, fits well, works out of the box. Time will tell how reliable it is, or if my family member breaks it before it has a chance to fail :-).I can happily recommend.
