This is large and built very well. I've used it many times and it's still holding up well.

Diameter measured 69" when fully opened, decidedly less than the 84" (7') stated in the listing nor the contradictory 75" stated in item specifications. It's definitely not parabolic yet does provide a broad light source.

The umbrella is goodas a whole. The stem is a bit weak. It is functionally ok in studio, could be a bit challanging if used out door.

It’s bigger than what I imagined, and very reasonable price. Light is much softer when I used it.

Works great for my needs. The only thing is the cover it comes in doesn't close up. It could use velcro or something. Otherwise, the umbrella will just slide out if you're not careful.

The header says "7 foot parabolic umbrella". Firstly it's not 7', it's not even 6'. It's actually 5.5'. Secondly it's not parabolic in shape. Parabolic refers to a porabola curve which would be much, much deeper. This is simply a 5.5' reflective umbrella. Thanks for nothing.

I wanted a huge umbrella, and that is exactly what I got! It's pretty light for its size, but I would still put it on a good stand with a sandbag. There are a few loose threads along the interior of the umbrella, and there's a few missed stitches at the top that I feel may continue to come apart if I don't glue or stitch it.Also there is a hole in the carrying case where the strap connects. Nothing a few stitches won't fix, but still kind of a hassle.Otherwise it opens and closes easily, not bad for the price. It also shipped quickly.

I severely underestimated what 7feet meant but I love this thing. Pretty started and creates BIG soft light on the subject. Make sure you have room for it.
