We are loving this Drone so far with my 6 year old. We do need a wing guard replacement as one fell off/broke immediately upon use. It does not come with any extra wing guards. Otherwise its a great starter drone for us!

very similar to the holyton drone models and uses the same android app for controlling, but stuck with the designated one to be sure i had collision avoidance to test. charge time was decent and flight duration was about 15 minutes. Once the battery is low it will not allow you to lift off in order to prevent fall hazards. Outdoors among houses the drone exhibits the typical "toilet bowl" circling as it tries to determine its location. If you push the drone from its hover point, it does not correct its position. In slight breezes the drone will drift and even with gps on i had to use the joysticks to keep the drone in a general area. As the breeze pushed the drone towards a parked car, the drone did not try to stop; instead it gained altitude (maybe to avoid?) but then crashed into a second floor balcony (no collision avoidance on top i guess?). It handled the crash fine, motors and blades still aligned. You will find the battery time will be less with the prop guards but if you are giving this to a child, its a must. Do not rely on collision avoidance alone. The controller has a flip mount for your phone, it seems like it was designed for phones with 4 inch screens because anything bigger and you need to duct tape the phone to keep it from falling out. The controller buttons feel very cheap, you can tell the real button is a tiny pcb one under that big hunk of loose plastic you press down on. Its relatively fast but you will spend much of your time keeping it on course. The faster you go the more likely this thing will crash even with avoidance on.

This small is really easy to fly for a beginner, as advertised. I really like that it comes with a case, a second battery, and extra parts. Camera is adequate for what I wanted. I experience no connection issues. Everything worked great right out of the box. Decent beginner drone for the price.

Great little drone at a nice price. This was surprising as i really expected less for the price, just in comparison to prior purchases. It's nice flying, even without having to use the app, just getting used to the controls it was very smooth. And pretty durable too, as i may have crashed it a couple times; that's totally on me.The battery pack life was good enough for me, surely the more time using it, i will use both then. All together, this is a real nice little drone for a little price

Five stars for this drone since I was able to fly it a bit without crashing it. I am an absolute drone newbie. Tried a cheap one a few years ago and crashed it into a tree on first flight. This one behaved as the instructions and controller claimed. Thing is, the instructions are rather limited. How to use the phone app is pretty much trial and error, and how to save and download photos/videos (if possible) isn't explained at all in the included instructions. Still, this is a nice package for the price. Well equipped in a nice case. Two battery packs and spare blades included, as well as charging cable. Batteries for the controller too. The one-touch start and hover/land and turn off button works well. See picture of drone hovering over driveway. Direction controllers behave as they should without being overly sensitive. Drone stability was good in a slight breeze. Connectivity to the controller was quick. There is no indication of maximum drone range, nor is it clear that it can't fly out of range. It claims to have hazard avoidance, but that's something I don't want to test. Other reviews mention that there is no image stabilization and that image quality is not as good as claimed. But for the price those seem minor.Overall, for a true beginner like me this is a nice unit to practice with. It has features that if learned will transfer smoothly to a more expensive unit. This is better than simply a children's toy, and nice for the price.
