I use this to protect the leg of my small laundry room door. If I yank the washing machine doors open, it will surely damage both the wall area and the door. This was an easy solution and protects both.

The foam was perfect when cut in half to place on the back of my headboard from leaving marks on the wall or damaging the wall when moving the bed or moving mattress up.

I used them to level and isolate my speakers. They don't claim to be flat, so maybe I should have looked for that in the description, but they would be 10x nicer if they were in fact flat instead of randomly curved.

Our son gave me the Tibia weight bar from Amazon for Christmas (SPART Tib Bar, Tibialis Anterior Exercise Equipment), and it had about 1/8" foam cushioning, and that wasn't enough for me. So, first I bought these 3/4" thick foam pieces in the 4" squares, but they were too small. Then I got these in 6". They were slightly too big, so I cut them down about 3/4" with scissors. The backs are very sticky once you peel the protective paper off. I stuck the squares on, with the seam at the bottom so it wouldn't show. The cushioning is perfect. However, the foam is fragile, so time will tell how long these will hold up to daily exercising. I like to use the Tib bar at night while we're watching TV. I will update in about a month and let you know how they are holding up.FIRST UPDATE: Two hours after I wrote this review, the sticky backs released. So, I used Gorilla construction glue to glue the foam pads back onto the weight. I let it dry overnight.

Funny story! Ordered these in addition to protein bars! The box came and i assumed the foam was packing for the protein bars not realizing it was my order as they were packaged around the protein bars! Had to laugh when I realized what I had done after Amazon said it was delivered. Gone on trash day! Just had to reorder! Hope this makes someone laugh!
