This is supposed to be a drop-in "dumb" replacement for an original BMS fried by leaving my board plugged in for too long. Even though the dimensions are right, the BMS doesn't really fit the space in the Onewheel XR board, as it has no hole where a screw passes through the original one. With a smaller battery, one could fit it sideways though in the battery compartment. XR shows error 16, indicating it's not sensing BMS. This BMS's design does not offer connection with the board's controller, so the plug is disconnected, and therefore the error seems obvious, as it is a dumb BMS. I expected the issue already addressed, but Flipsky's customer support had no ready answer to fix it, and instead demanded a video of the problem encountered. Instead of recording the board flashing 16 times, I decided to return it and look elsewhere.

So I had my nice BMS from Funenginer crap out, this was a quick fix. It doesn’t have all the bells and whistle’s but does the basic cell balancing and charging that I need. All lights turned green for balance charging. Price right and shipped quickly.20s2p 84v battery pack for a onewheel GTV.
