Maybe I’m just not used to wearing tight compression tights, but these were tight on me. For reference I ordered a large, and I am 6’1’ and 205 pounds, 34 waist. The waist on the Large is approximately 32 inches unstretched. These do have stretch but it is a very firm stretch. If I had to do it again I would have ordered an XL. ( which I usually am not). There was no size chart in the listing but on the Flipbelt website a large is for a 32-35 inch waist. I fall within that range, but I found these small.I found the fabric quite thick, so I guess it depends on what you are looking for. I would not feel comfortable wearing these on their own. I would have to wear shorts over these.They appear to be very well made and all the pockets are quite nice.These would probably be best in colder weather because I think these would be very hot in the heat because the material id thick.They washed fine with no fabric softener, I did not dry these.

This item is with great quality. It is very comfortable, and looks stylish. However, it indeed runs small. With the belt storage, it is very tight around the belt. I would recommend to order one size up. Otherwise, it is a good choice.

I wear these when I run in the cold. The coldest I have used these in is 15° F. I wear them under jogging pants and they fit very well. They have built in mesh "pockets" where you can securely keep items. I do not use these but they hold the item snug and it feels very secure.I am about 5'8" and 160lbs thin and skinny. I ordered a medium and it fits like a second layer of skin. The warmth these offer are a great value even if the price seems expensive, however they are great quailty and worth the price.

These FlipBelt thermal compression pants are a solid choice for staying warm during winter workouts. The material is soft, stretchy, and provides just the right amount of compression without feeling too tight. I really like the built-in waistband pockets—they make it easy to carry essentials without bouncing around.I've worn them for running and hiking in chilly weather, and they kept me warm while still being breathable. Definitely a great addition to my cold-weather gear!

I fly frequently on long trips. Due to poor circulation, I have been told that I should wear a compression stockings or pants while on long flights. In the past, I have generally had to by women's leggings which I often had difficulty putting on even when buying large sizes. I recently wore these pants on flights from the Denver to Argentina (about 13 hours each way), and on another trip to Roatan, Honduras (about five hours each way). These pants appear to be well-made and unusually easy to put on yet still had more than adequate compression. I am a large man, just over 6 feet and 225 pounds. These fit well in the waist was comfortable given the long hours of wear. (Over 18 hours each way on the trip to Argentina!) I highly recommend these for men who need compression for health. The only negative, which has been true for all compression clothing, they were extremely warm and hot humid weather.

I wore these thermal compression pants alone while working out and found them to be very comfortable and a nice fit. When finished working out I put my jeans on over them to help stay warm as it was a cold day and found them to remain quite comfortable and easy to wear for the rest of my day. They washed up well on a cold wash and hang dry. I like them under my jeans when it’s drafty or cold and warms up my muscles for working out as well.

These seem to work okay, but you'll definitely want to go at least one size up from your normal.
