Tried on different types of wood for splitting and the bit just got stuck in the wood. Returned for refund

It got stuck on a log less then 6 inches in diameter on a 7.5 plug in drill. After getting it out i realized the thread stripped. I was hoping to not use a axe but old school is the best way.

All it did was just get stuck in the wood until I worked it loose. This was a log cross section about 2 inches thick. Just wanted to break it into two or three pieces.USELESS.

I tried it today for well dried and not fullly dried wood logs, but it didn't work for any of them at all.
