I know the title says that but one of the pictures says "inside package: ram cooler x2" very clearly

When I got this at first, it was very unclear that this only contained a single stick worth of heatsink. It has now been updated, kind of. In the picture for "Whats inside the package" it still says it contains 2 sticks worth of heatsink. Very disappointed, I had to buy another single stick.That said, I've gotten the 2-pack of the black heatsink before, and the quality is identical. You get thermal pads and everything else to make the ram look good. Just double check that you can take both heatsinks off of your existing ones - sometimes one side is baked on and you wouldn't be able to use these.The RGB is clean and installation is 100x easier than taking your old heatsink off. And if you want to replace this heatsink with another for some reason in the future, there won't be thermal pads glued to the actual memory modules.Overall I absolutely love these RGB heatsinks, but the inability to properly let the consumer know that this only 1 pack and not 2 is inexcusable.
