• For tough grinding such as turmeric, masala or idli batter - use mixer grinders with wattage rating 750 Watts or more. • Please allow the motor to cool for some time between product uses. Most MGs come with overload protection which automatically turns off the motor in case of overheating. • Burning smell during first few usage is normal due to varnish coating on motor and will stop after few usage cycles.

This item works well for grinding wet and dry products. It makes dosa kheeru really smooth and non gritty.

I had purchchased this grinder by end of March. , i only have used this blender for less than 3 times for minor use it suddenly stop working yesturday while using . I chose this product out of all other options i had from other brand. Spending good price. Ther's no refund or support available. It was total loss of money. Very disappointing.Never recommanding to anyone .

I am using other brand of mixers and grinders for several years and they are robust and working well for years but this failed in 18 months

Love it! Delighted with the performance of this mixer / grinderEffortlessly grind dosa idly mixture. Stainless steel jars easy to clean. A good grinder for Indian cooking. Would definitely recommend!!
