This pillow feels soft but still keeps its shape during the night. It’s not too high or too flat for me, and the cover material is smooth and didn’t feel warm to the touch. It seems to support the head and neck nicely, though I can’t really say how much difference it makes yet. Overall it’s comfy and easy to get used to.

This cervical neck pillow is nice. It does a good job of supporting my head and neck when I sleep. The pillow is easy to set up and prep for use. I find that it is comfortable to sleep on and helps me sleep better. I am able to fall asleep quicker with this pillow and stay asleep longer with it. The pillow looks like it is put together well and feels like it should last quite a while. I am a fan of this pillow and appreciate how comfortable it is and the quality of sleep it affords.

I got this pillow after waking up with neck pain for weeks, and it’s actually helped a lot. The memory foam feels supportive without being too hard, and the cooling cover keeps it from getting hot overnight. I like that it has two height options—I use the lower side when I sleep on my back and the higher one for side sleeping. The arm cutout felt strange at first but now it’s surprisingly comfortable. If it came in a softer version too, that’d be great. But overall, it’s made a big difference in how my neck feels in the morning.

I’ve had neck and shoulder pain for a while, and this pillow has honestly helped a lot. The shape supports my head and neck really well, and I can feel my spine staying in a better position during sleep. I like that there’s even a space for my arms it feels more natural when I lie down.The memory foam feels high quality, not too soft, not too hard, and it holds its shape nicely. I also like the cooling cover. It stays cool through the night, which helps a lot during warmer months. The fabric is soft and doesn’t irritate my skin. The removable cover is a bonus since I can just toss it in the wash. Overall, this is a nice and comfortable pillow.

The shape of the pillow makes it different from the regular ones I’ve used before. It feels soft to the touch but still keeps its form when resting on it. I didn’t notice any strong smell when opening the box, which is a plus. Seems like a decent option for anyone looking to try this style.

The first night I slept with this pillow the pain significantly subsided. It Supports my head and neck in a natural position on my side with ample height to accommodate my shoulder and even a place for my arm. It looks weird, but it's anatomically correct. I get a great night's sleep with no morning neck pain. Also, the pillow is very close to a standard pillow and fits standard pillow cases well. It had no weird foam smell at all and expanded immediately after opening the package. Highly recommend!!
