This was exactly what I was looking for for my Halloween costume. I was nervous that it would be a child's size based on the photo, but it is adjustable (ribbon tie).

I bought for my Ruth Bader Ginsberg costume. The ribbon that ties it was long enough for me, an adult. It was maybe a couple of dollars more than I wanted to pay but I didn’t like other offerings on Amazon. My costume was a success!

my 18 month old was RBG for Halloween. It was a little big, but I attached it to her dress with spray adhesive and it was a huge hit!

tiny size, for children for sure!even with adjustable ribbon, its small!I will have to place it on a faux white collar/dickie to help it stand out.It will work this late in the month in honor of RBG.
