My Rancher 350ES hasn't had any issues yet with the electronic shifting, but I wanted to get this just in case: I know that I will inevitably need to replace the shifter motor at some point, so why not have one ready to go for when that happens?Installation is surprisingly simple. This bolts right in like the old one and works well. I did remove it after testing as I figure I might as well get as much use out of the old as I possibly can. I am glad to have this at the ready as I will no doubt need it at some point down the road (or trail).
