Fortunately, as stated in the instructions, Barb is VERY communicative and she was very helpful with my success in using her product -I was able to hang my oval shaped platter securely following her detailed and knowledgeable instructions.You will love this product for hanging decorative plates, etc.

I have some very expensive, antique oriental plates that have been sitting in a drawer for many decades. The wire plate hangers available in many stores did not seem sturdy enough, and I could not find the antique iron ones seen in Europe. The eBarb’s adhesive plate hanging discs come with excellent instructions, and are easy to use. However, 24 hours after applying a disc on 8 of my plates, I discovered 2 did not adhere well. Luckily, I had 2 extra discs; the second time around they worked well. It may sound crazy, but because my plates were so expensive I placed a thin strip of duct tape along 2 sides of the disc on the back of each plate as a safeguard. I think the discs are a great idea. The plates look fantastic on my wall without seeing any annoying wire or hooks.UPDATE: I found one of my very expensive plates shattered all over the floor 3 weeks after hanging. I do not recommend this product.
