So far I'm happy. I go thru a lot of ice. I'm guessing the machine will have paid for itself in about 5 months. It would be nice if the ice bucket space was colder. The ice melts fast. I spend a couple of hours making ice and putting it in a large bucket in the freezer. I do this every 2-3 days. I don't think this would be practical for someone still in the work force. I'm retired and have time.

This ice maker does a great job of making ice. You can choose between big and small, but they’re pretty similar in size. You get exactly 9 tiny ice cubes every 5-6 minutes. The machine makes a bit of noise while it’s running, but it’s not too loud. And when it’s full, it shuts off automatically. The ice is perfect for ice chewers. The ice scoop is super easy to use and makes it simple to put the ice in your cup. It’s really fast and it holds enough ice that we’ve never run out, even though it doesn’t fill the reservoir all the way.

Works great! I am using this in an RV and its size is perfect. The handle makes it easy to move from one spot to the next with one hand. The only downside I see to it is how wet the ice comes out. When I put it in the freezer, I end up with a large block frozen together that then needs to be broken apart. However, this is no different from buying ice in a bag.

This item was definitely not my first choice. It was the only one I could afford. I am absolutely and completely happy with this ice machine. I eat ice all day. Not only does it make enough ice for me, it makes enough for my family of 8. I also have bags of ice in the freezer. I am just afraid we are going to wear it. I have had it for two weeks and it hasn’t failed me yet. I can’t buy enough water to keep this gem running. Give it a try. I think I have got my money‘s worth. I was buying ice by the cup from the convenience store before. I just hope it keeps up with my demand. Well it finally died I got it in April and it died when I needed it it most. July 4 th with family in town!!! I loved it and never had a problem until yesterday when it just stopped. It was good while it lasted. I am definitely going to buy another one just not this brand. It would be nice if they would just send me another one out of the kindness of their heart. Wishful thinking, right??!!!!

I've been using this ice maker for about a month now, and it's been a game-changer for entertaining and daily use. The machine produces ice quickly - I get my first batch in about 8-10 minutes, which is impressive. The capacity is generous enough for our needs, and I appreciate how compact the unit is on my countertop. It doesn't take up much space but delivers plenty of ice throughout the day. The build quality seems solid, and the controls are straightforward and easy to use. However, I need to mention one significant drawback: when the water level gets low, the water pump makes an awful screeching noise that's quite jarring. It's like nails on a chalkboard and can be heard from other rooms. I've found myself being extra vigilant about keeping the reservoir filled just to avoid this unpleasant sound.Despite this annoyance, the ice maker performs its primary function exceptionally well. If you're looking for an efficient ice maker and don't mind topping up water regularly to avoid the noise, this is a solid choice. Just keep that water pitcher nearby!

I have had this 2 weeks. So far I love it. It makes ice exactly as its described. I just make it while I'm watching tv and empty it each time it makes some into a big ziplock bag and put in the freezer. It takes approx. an hour for it to go through the water I put in the tank. That pretty much fills my big ziplock bag. I also take a paper towel and gently soak up any damp areas. Then I leave the lid open for an hour or so to let it air dry to prevent slime or mold growth. It isn't real noisy and doesn't take up a lot of space similar to a bread machine. I'm in a less than 400 sq. ft. mobile home so I have to conserve space. It's so nice to have ice again!

Doesn’t always work all the time. Have to keep restarting it.
