Multiple tiny scratches and dents back Sony Model sticker is scratched off.

This remote was sold as "New" but it did not come in any packaging other than a plastic sleeve. The remote had scratches on it and the sticks had dust in them. It was not a new item.

The controller arrived in packaging that was hardly protective, but it did manage to show up in nice physical condition, however, there are a couple big problems with it.1. The headphone jack works to an extent, you can plug a headset into it, and receive audio, however you cannot use a mic, your friends will not be able to hear you.I tried it with my Razer Kraken headset, my cheap PlayStation mic, and my sons Turtle Beach headset, none of them would allow me to speak, despite all of those mics working fine on other controllers.2. The sticks feels weird, I don't know how to explain it, but they feel weird, and it makes it difficult to make fine adjustments when aiming in shooters.
