So, I wasn't expecting a lot for the price but was pleasantly surprised. Bought this for an Executive who kept locking himself out of the office & losing his keys. 3 -$300+ locksmith visits in 6 months was just too much, so I looked for a cheap work around and found this.The product worked so well that the CEO, CFO & Administrator all asked for me to install them on their doors. We now have 4 in the office. I've been using these for about 2-3 months now & haven't had an issue.

No company name. Unmarked box. No brand, or ID or model number of any type. I bought this product 18 monoths ago and the latch broke I had no way to trace a part or identify who sold me the product or how to find a $10 part that would fix my problem. Looks great and worked well for less than18 months and then one day the door is stuck shut, the handle turns but the bolt attcahing door to door frame won't recede. 45 minutes to the bolt unstuck. I was locked out.

Love the lock and easy to install. I use it for a business so the batteries don’t last very long. It’s used 7 days a week and I had to change batteries within the first month. Other than that, easy to use.

Very easy to install. It only holds one master code +9 additional codes. The instructions on setting up the codes are not very clear. Your codes have to start with a zero that’s your master code. For each additional code up to nine you have to start in numerical order from one. then your second coat starts with the two and your third coat starts with a three all the way up to nine.
