This product comes in a few different pieces that you put together by hand without any tools. Most of it entails putting cushions inside the cloth frame of the dog car seat. It took me about 5-7 minutes to put the entire thing together, without reading the instruction sheet. Once assembled, I decided to first see if the dogs would like it before putting it in a vehicle. This is where I noticed it is not durable and flimsy. Specifically, three of four dogs very much liked this and liked laying in it. They like the feel of the interior. They used it so much in merely a few days that they bent and moved it out of shape several times (the cloth frame is flimsy and can easily move about; you can fix it but the dogs will just mess it up again). It does have straps in it to fasten it to a car seat, and then you attach some of the straps to your dog's collar to prevent the dog from leaving the car seat.Unless you have very obedient dogs, it's not a great car seat for small dogs due to being so flimsy (the small dogs I had with this were only 12-20 pounds each, and they easily bent and moved it out of shape). I think the concept is great, but this product needs some improvements. Specifically, the frame needs to be sturdier so dogs cannot easily bend it out of shape by laying in it or by walking or standing on it. Also, the interior bottom cushion (that dogs sit/lay on) needs to have some velcro or something on the bottom so that it firmly attaches to the bottom of the cloth frame and cannot be moved about so easily. However, even despite these issues, it is durable in terms of the fabric and stitching and it may be sufficient for short car rides in a vehicle.I recommend this product for anyone with very obedient small dogs. It will do fine for very obedient small dogs, especially for short car/truck rides. However, due to the above issues I do not recommend it for anyone with small dogs that are not extremely obedient until the manufacturer resolves the above issues.

I like this carrier, car seat, the quality is great, easy to wash, easy to install, very comfy, very safe, the appearance is nice. The size is big for two puppies or one small dog.

This product has a lot of great benefits, it has a lot of cushion to provide a comfortable ride for your beloved pet. You have to put the cushions in, which was easy once I figured it out. There are picture directions, those were not easy to follow. The bottom zips around all the cushions in a way. There is a leash built in to attach to the harness/collar. The straps fit nicely around the front seat of my civic. It holds securely. Overall, the product is made out of quality materials, and offers a safe and comfortable place for your dog to ride.

Got this for the jeep. Fits perfect! Puppers liked it so much he wouldn’t get out of it when we took it down to put it in the car! Easy assembly. Nice product. I like that it’s washable and in pieces that I can remove. Highly recommend!

I got this multipurpose small dog car seat for someone with a beloved small dog. It was marketed more on being luxurious or stylish, rather than for its actual simple, combination dog car seat/bed and safety qualities. Some assembly is required, and the instructions weren't clear to a seasoned Amazon product user who regularly puts together the random things you can get from Amazon. There are storage pockets on the outside of the product, is collapsible so it can be carried easily when not in use, the fabric is detachable and machine washable, in addition to featuring a portable handle designed to be removed easily to use as a dog bed outside the vehicle.

Got this seat because it looked a little bigger than the one I had and I wanted something this fit my 2 small french bulldogs a little better. It works well, both fit in it nicely together. I also like that this one has 2 straps on the back. One strap goes over the headrest and the other around the back of the seat. Our old seat only had the headrest one, and sometimes the entire seat would move forward when stopping quickly. This one feels much safer.

This is a very plush, puffy dog seat that I think any dog would be happy to ride in. The suede velvet material is incredibly soft, and the cushions inside the seat make for a very comfortable ride for your dog. It is very easy to attach to your car seat with the provided straps, and once inside the seat, the dog can be clipped onto a small leash for added security. This dog seat also does double duty as a pet carrier, using the attached handles on the side. The seat is also easily disassembled so it can be thrown in the washer when it gets dirty. This dog car seat is a great choice if you travel with your small pet.
