Cheaper material build but is a reasonable price. Not the most comfortable but it works.

I love the price and approach of this belt - low cost and accessible to anyone. It should specify, though that it's really designed for lower weight. As a dip belt and chinup attachment, it's fine.Using it for belt squats, though, it's just not strong enough. The caribiners are thin as is the chain, making it concerning to use with higher weight. Moreover, the belt itself is narrower and less padded, causing it to dig in with higher weights.for basic dips and pull ups, it's a great addition and amazing at the price. For more that that, you might want to look elsewhere.

Easy to use and good quality. You simply put it around your hips and a weight plate. I did not test it with more than a 45lbs plate but I'm sure it could hold more. It's exactly what you would expect from a weight belt. It's comfortable and sturdy. It's large enough for just about anyone to use. It is thick and well built, it could handle a lot more weight but I only worked out with it using a 45lb plate. The chain and thickness tells me it could hold a lot more weight.

This belt is really comfortable to wear when working out. You can attach this to lever arm, belt squat machine or a landmine. I only have a landmine in my gym currently so I tested with that. The chain attaches with a provided carabiner to whatever will be used as your pivot point. In my case I added a landmine attachment that is made for adding chains to my landmine and attached the belt to it. I had to play around with it to get the proper distance after figuring out how to tighten up the belt so it fit me properly. My only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 stars is because you have to cinch the belt up with a second carabiner instead of using heavy velcro or a belt buckle. It is not a design flaw simply a personal preference to have a belt buckle. This does work and is a much cheaper option. Once I did get it properly adjusted it was a great exercise and the belt worked quite well.

This is a nice belt. Everything on it is well made. It fits well and is easy to adjust. It does what it's supposed to and it does it well. I find it to be comfortable enough. Nothing that stood out to me. I'm happy with it. 5 stars

I got this belt for weighted dips and pull-ups. Works really well. The chain is extra long so I had some issues with my first set. I had to shorten the chain up about 12" (see pictures). The chain buckles on the side do not rotate so this is an improvement on my previous weight belt. See attached images for dimension details.

I personally use dip belts a lot for my workouts, namely for weighted dips and pull ups. I've used a lot over the years, and I can confidently say that this belt functions basically the same. You put it around your waist, you tighten the chain, and you loop it through a weighted plate, and you're set. However, although this belt functions perfectly, I have to admit that the chain and carabiner are thinner than I'd hope. Do I personally think they'd fail with heavy use? Probably not unless you're going excessively heavy, as I've strapped on 90 pounds and felt confident it'd hold. However, do I feel as confident using this belt as I do my other belt that has a thicker chain and carabiners? No, I can't say I do. However, that belt cost twice as much, so it's reasonable to expect more out of it. Overall, I'd recommend this belt if you don't plan on loading it excessively, but I would probably recommend you find one with a thicker chain otherwise.

Took it to the gym today and was very satisfied. I weighted the belt's chain with a 45 and 25 lb plate weight and it held it without a problem. The "belt" part that goes around your waist is very comfortable due to the extra padding. Because there was no discomfort around my waist, I was able to focus solely on making sure my form was correct and I was targeting the right muscles as I performed my dips. 5/5 stars
