Shocks were used when I got them. I tried to complain and ask for a replacement and they denied my request. I didn’t want to wait for new shocks and ended up installing them. Absolutely junk. I’ll have to buy new shocks within the next few months. Do NOT buy these.

Had to replace all 4 shocks the driver side factor shocks had lost all hydraulic fluid put on these new shocks now it rides like it should and It sits level. You can save money DIY but you need help getting the front on it takes 2 people. I really like the new ride it feels great

The ride quality went from a 2 to an 8 or even a 9+. Pretty much a perfect 10 score. The truck feel brand new. Like I just took it off the lot with zero miles. I won’t sell my truck now. I love it. Smooth like a Cadillac. The truck has 200,000 miles on it. I am the 2nd owner of the truck. Best investment I’ve made this year.

bought these because of the value for all 4 struts and shocks. very easy to install. my stock units had broken springs. these installed set the truck nice and level again. Only thing i don't like 100% is how stiff the front struts are compared to stock Ford struts. Truck rides pretty rough on small bumps now. Hopefully they will get softer. I have about 300 miles on them

Replaced front shocks. After six months of normal driving on paved roads there is no difference between the New ones and the ones I replaced. Very disappointed in this product. After all the work, I would not want to have a replacement from this company as I do not trust the product.
