Perhaps I did not look into it enough but you can not make dresses out of this set, they only work on the mannequins (they have a fabric tucking design on the back). My little sister enjoys it but I bought it intending for her to make her dolls some clothing.

I bought this for my 8 year old granddaughter. She has had a wonderful time designing dresses and gowns. It's a great gift idea for any girl. Easy to store in the box, lots of fun and it's a good quality item.

It is cute but probably not for a 6 year old and dirty of cheap but price is good for that.

My daughter loved this! She loves making clothes for her doll and she enjoyed exploring this box. Lots of fabric, materials and even stands to display creations!

The sheer fact that no cutting or sewing is needed, but so many different variations are possible, plus you can buy new scraps of fabric - its a genius idea and my daughter has created fashion show after fashion show!! Love it!
