DayMark sells labels that will fit the DM3 Metal Date Coder in a variety of colors, adhesives and materials. Labels that dissolve, peel off, apply to frozen items, and permanent are available. Search "DM3 Date Coder Labels" to find associated labels. The marker has a lightweight aluminum alloy frame that was designed to last. The DM3/SpeedyMark 3 is used in supermarkets, grocery stores, retail, restaurants, and anywhere that a label is necessary. The refill ink roller is IT110713. Ink rollers generally last for 25 rolls of labels.

save your money. it is cheep. labels are not sticky enough, they fall of your product. You end up taping them on and thats just more work. They gun is hard to reload so make sure you have plenty of time for that. The labels also do not advance in the gun the way they should and the dates are all over the place. In general it has more problems then it worth. just buy something worth your money!!!

Works well. Little faster than the red plastic version. However, no one can figure out how to load the gun properly even with the instruction sheet. About 1 in 10 people can figure that out. And an average employee needs to be shown how to do it about 3 times before they can get the hang of it.

Don't buy this it doesn't work. labels get stuck, they don't advance as they should and it's not easy to apply the labels to a product. I've ended up taking the labels off one at a time and hand applying. Waited too long to try it, wish I could return it.

Have had a DayMark 4 metal for a few years now, got another one, and it's also good, solid pricing gun, use it daily.
