I bought my own set of these, 10 or 15 years ago and I adore them. Fit right into my heirloom kitchen. So, I wanted all ot my girls to have a set. Okay, survey. My son was married. 1 year ago on Dec 22nd. I got her a beautiful set of spoons and cups. In the 13 months since they married, in Japan, only to have her cut us off completely, months in, and broke her, many, promises to live the same hopes and dreams as my son, she doesn't want to be married. After dating, very happily and with no issues, for a year and a half, she pulled a bait and switch. Not her first offense. He met her ex fiance (but meant married him) and made all the promises that "he would go ahead and get a place settled for them and then join him.....literally sending all her stuff to the U.S. with these men, and then intentionally destroying the relationship. In the process, she's destroying my son. He was raised by US, believing marriage is forever and to fight for. He won't divorce her. She's doing. So, do I ACTUALLY GIVE THESE truly beautiful and expensive gifts to this crazy woman? She didn't need my son for anything. She comes from a powerful and extremely wealthy family. So, she didn't need anything, can go anywhere she wants, in the world, and has all the money. I don't want to reward this witch for marrying my son as, nothing more, than eye candy and a handsome American man on her arm whilst rubbing elbows qith her high society friends. Do I keep them knowing that a better woman is out there waiting for him, or give them to her? I don't think she will care

I got these for myself along with ordering something to hang them on. Really pretty!!! Now thinking of adding matching measuring cup set. These would make a great wedding gift!

Quality, sturdy, pretty. Sits out on my counter. I replaced an old set as my husband broke one trying to pry off a lid. He now knows not to do that.

These measuring spoons are stylish and made to last. I bought them as a gift as I have had mine for years and still love them. Their measuring cups are also wonderful.

Is this a costly product for measuring spoons? Oh, you betcha. We gave our old set to our daughter, and I went on the hunt for cups and spoons not made in China. Guess what? Yup; an exhaustive search turned up with only these (or plastic), so I winced, coughed twice, and hit the 'buy' button. Glad I did. They're superior, really look nice on the kitchen counter, and everybody who sees them comments on them. Truly heirloom quality.

My favorite measuring spoons of all time! As I've been so well pleased with mine for so many years, I purchased this set to give as a gift.
