No reply when contacting customer support through cooler max website. Product is great though. Update: got an apology email for the lack of help and then a week has passed with no answer to the original question. Again, the product is spectacular but if you aren’t a computer whiz, dont rely on this manufacturer for support

The things I love:- Great, small form factor.- Cooling works wonderfully and silently with the mesh grille.- No bloatware.- VERY quick boot/response times on interactions with anything.BIG Negative:- Bluetooth won't discover devices. I thought this might be isolated but upon further review into my issue, the Gigabyte/Aorus MOBO's experience this in an overwhelming manner.What I've tried: Updating BIOS, Updating windows, Wiping/Re-Installing windows, updating drivers, installing older drivers, using the (provided) external signal booster, manually going into processes and setting to automatic.Result: Bluetooth still won't work.Only reason for my 3* over a full 5* review. If you don't care about Bluetooth... Have at it. No BT mouse, keyboard, headset, or speaker setup. This is EXTREMELY disappointing. As a tech nerd, and trying everything suggested under the sun that I could find, nothing will work for my rig.If you wire everything like 1998, then this is a 5* product for you.

I am extremely impressed with the Cooler Master NR2 Pro Mini ITX gaming PC! The performance is nothing short of incredible. The Intel i7-14700F processor with its impressive 5.4GHz turbo speed handles everything I throw at it with ease, from gaming to heavy multitasking. The Gigabyte RTX 4070 Super 12GB GPU delivers stunning visuals and smooth gameplay at high settings, making every gaming experience immersive and fluid.The 32GB of DDR5 6000MHz RAM ensures seamless performance, even when running multiple applications or demanding games. The 1TB Gen4 M.2 SSD provides lightning-fast load times and plenty of storage for my games and files. This system is amazing. The 4070 Super plays everything I throw at it on high or ultra settings. I would buy this again in a heartbeat.It arrived very well packaged and even included the motherboard box.I mainly play rust and this machine does it on the highest settings averaging 90-110fps.I tested out both the glass side panel and the metal side panel. With the glass the gpu gets around 8 degrees Celsius warmer.Only issue I am running into is none of my Bluetooth headsets will connect. I have tried everything with no luck. Updated drivers, checked bios, reinstalled drivers, nothing seems to make it work.To fix this I’m going to just purchase a Bluetooth adapter for $10.Edit: 4/27/25 - Bluetooth is still not working but the cheap blue tooth dongle works amazing. Also I have been using the metal grated side cover to keep things cooler. Long gaming sessions the glass restricts too much air flow and the gpu sits at 80 Celsius.This is the reason for the 4 stars. If you don’t care about Bluetooth then easily 5 stars.

I really am extremely impressed with this mini-itx machine! Packaging was best ive seen. It has tforce ram. Wd blue ssd.The motherboard has bios version f12b (Dec.2024) which already has the fix for the intel 14th gen problem. There is a newer version they are calling just f12 but i will leave it with the current one since my main concern is already patched.The windows updates were from April2024, so there were some updates i did after first booting it up, but no biggie. They were all completed within 15minutes.I play war thunder and fortnite and this thing does that great! I use the nvidia optimized settings for them. I honestly can barely hear the fans even while gaming. I love this new gaming pc!I did have a problem with bluetooth like others have said. Couple things to note here, the gigabyte control panel and the nvidia control panel for some reason does not pull the newest drivers for the installed hardware.I went to aorus website and searched for my motherboard (b760i pro) and i downloaded the newest device driver for the bluetooth controller. Mine is “realtek 8852” and it made my Bluetooth work perfectly!! That was a relief. I had read many people had same problem so hopefully they come back here and read this, i also wrote something up about it on reddit to maybe help someone in the future.I also had to go to nvidia’s website to get the latest driver for the rtx 4070super, but no biggie.This pc runs very cool!The value for money is very good here. I got it with a 100$ coupon and paid around 1800$ after taxes. I priced all the parts out on a popular hardware supply website and the total was about 2300$!If you are in need of a small form factor, powerful gaming pc…..this is a great choice. I got the 4070super configuration.
