This is an interesting concept. Essentially, it is cards with questions, that are thought provoking, all based on your past and future hopes for a relationship. Others may like it more than My wife and me. Especially those that are younger. We have been married for 38 years and get along well. We can finish each other's sentences. That doesn't mean some of the questions posed in the cards are not valuable. It just seems that it is geared for a couple in their 20s or 30s.

This is a great little game to play with your SO, there's always something to learn about each other and this really helps with striking up those conversations to learn more about your life partner.

This is a great Date Night game! My husband and I love to take this with us when we’re going to places like our favorite coffee house or restaurant. We also use this for conversation starters when talking to other couples.

This "couples edition" set of conversation starter cards hails from Tales. It includes 150 cards with prompts specifically curated to help couples explore their journey, inspire deeper connections and foster new understanding. This card deck, much like other offerings from Tales (spoiler: ALL wonderful), is a nicely designed tool for fostering connection. The cards are a convenient, portable size, and the overall presentation is appealing.Using the cards is straightforward; one simply draws a card to initiate a discussion. They are well-suited for date nights, quiet moments or any dedicated quality time together. The prompts are crafted to encourage couples to share experiences, reflect on their relationship and discover new perspectives about each other, aiming for meaningful dialogue. The main strength of these cards lies in their ability to help couples move beyond routine conversations and explore different facets of their relationship. They offer a structured yet relaxed way to deepen understanding and strengthen a bond.The cards feel durable, suitable for repeated use, and the compact design makes them easy to store or take on a trip. No issues with the cards themselves; they deliver on their promise of providing engaging prompts for couples.All in all, I'm very pleased with this card set from Tales (as I have been with all their products); it's a high-quality collection of conversation starters that is just as good as expected for fostering deeper connections. If these cards don't continue to speak to our relationship, the review will be updated in the future.
