I bought a brand spanking new scooter for almost $1000 a week later I started having issues where the wheel would stutter and would not move! After a few hours of research, I decided to take the battery compartment apart to see what was going on, and if there was any loose wires. Upon my inspection, I did not find any issues with loose wiring so I thought it was the speed controller. However, I did not order a new speed controller. I then decided to take the wheel motor out to see if maybe there were loose wires there to my surprise I did not find any loose wiring so I begin to search on the Internet for ways to test the hall sensor low and behold after testing with a multimeter that seem to be my issue so I bought this hall sensor. Install was super easy but you will need some soldering skills just unsolder one wire at a time! Then Solder new sensor, on. I’m extremely happy to say that was the problem. The scooter is working perfect no more issues. So before you go replacing more expensive components try this first.
