I recently stayed in my aunt's home in a bedroom with a ceiling fan, one long chain, one short chain and 10 ft ceilings. I had to balance on the bed to try to reach the short chain when changing from fan to light and vice versa. I looked for a chain extension so I could at least REACH the short chain without risking a broken leg but did not easily find one. Then this came across my desktop. Not only are these practical (a reachable chain) they are adorable and easy to determine which is light and which is fan. The pulls are bigger than expected (a little over 1-1/2" diameter) but easy to reach and pull. If you don't have a remote on your fan (and maybe even if you do) you need this.

These popped up when I was looking for a fan and it was something I never thought of getting but glad it popped up. I have two ceiling fans which both had damaged cords. Didn't know they made replacements. These look nice and I like the quirky, practical design so I know which cord to pull for light vs. fan. The fan blade shaped one has a particularly nice hand feel when I put my fingers over the blades and pull down. I also liked how the light bulb was frosted.I only have about 7' ceilings (mobile home) so these come down enough for 5'2" me. If you have higher ceilings, you may need more chain (my fans had some short existing chain which I attached these too). No tools needed.

Perfect for someone like me who cannot for the life of me remember which is which. The chains are long and can be customized with a simple scissor snip. Overall nice product.

These are awesome. No more guessing which chain operates what. They are well made and very aesthetically pleasing. Really classes up the ceiling lamp.

YAY!My ceilings are way higher than they have any right to be. I literally JUMP every time I want the ceiling fan turned on, praying that I catch it. And when I miss, it swings, making it comically harder for me to catch it.These are SUCH a great thing to have. Not only do I not have to jump any more (I'm just on my tippy toes,) I don't have to jump twice, fail, jump again, only to be wrong because I just turned the lights out.Feels solid, decorative, and the next renter is going to thank me.

I really like the idea of these. It's usually easy to look up at the ceiling fan and figure out which pull chain is which, but these make it fun. The pieces look nicely made of metal, so they should handle years of use. My only wish is that the fan one was a little smaller. Yes, the dimensions are in the product listing, so it wasn't a surprise, but it seems large for a dangly thing at the end of the pull chain. But, I'm happy with them. And it's nice that there are two sets in the package.

I love these fan pulls! They are a quality metal and the shapes are so helpful to know exactly what you are turning on or off at a glance. I liked the pulls that came with my Hunter fan but these are just so darned unique and attractive to me. They match my decor and other oil rubbed bronze accessories throughout the house. I especially like the bulb that replicates so nearly a real bulb. These make me happy, and for so little money!
