It came intact, easy to apply and stayed on. If I could manage to use it on a backpack with a cheap plastic inside, I think you'll be fine with other fabrics.

Patch discolored during application (even with a towel covering it) and adhesive started peeling within hours.Looked great new but quickly turned into trash.
