I’ve tried a few protectors, but this one really holds up. The adhesive is strong, and it hasn’t fallen off even after a week. Plus, the size is perfect — it covers a big area of my loveseat!

Easy to install and trim to fit the sides of my sofa. My cat started using the mat right away and stopped scratching the couch arms. The material feels durable and doesn’t harm her paws.

This scratch pad has saved my new couch from my curious kitty. It sticks well and blends in nicely with the fabric. My cat still plays on it but doesn't scratch the furniture anymore!

This is a nice large roll of fabric. It's the tough sisal type feel that cats will love to scratch. It's kind of strange to try to encourage scratching of your couches, but cats are going to be cats.It has an adhesive backing that will stay put mostly, but depends on what kind of surface you try to stick it to.I like the large size of this that can be cut to fit where you need it.

Works as it should, and is easy to cut. It has been up for 2 days and 7 cats use it religiously, and it’s not falling apart yet.

I have 8 cats and I wanted to try this around corners of walls since they seem to like trying to scratch those. I like that the roll is thick, and it's not the scratchy kind of sisal but a smoother kind. My cats often scratch all the way through some of their scratchers, but so far this has held up. The adhesive is OK, but if you have intense scratchers you might want some additional adhesive strips behind it (I just use the 3M ones or even just the double sided tape). It is easy to cut. My only complaint that this is a small amount of product, and if you were wanting to cover more than one arm of a couch or if you are repurposing an old scratcher whose posts have seen better days, then you'll need multiple rolls, which can quickly add up in cost. I do think there are similar alternatives at a better value if you need to buy in bulk, but if you only need to do a small section or if you are just wanting to add some additional scratching pads around your house, then this is a good deal for a nice product.
