This carrier is so big! Would have definitely fit our 25lb Boston easily with room to spare. It's unfortunate that she refused to get in or stay in.It took a few minutes to fully assemble without instructions or assistance. It rolled smoothly. Everything functioned as intended. It also came with a shoulder strap but I never needed it.I would have preferred the handle on the short end rather than the wide side. Also I would have liked 1 large zipper on the top to open it wide enough to set her in. There's only 2 small openings for the separation of 2 animals. So we had to try to coax and push her through the end. Even with treats the carrier was too intimidating.Perhaps it would have eventually worked but I had to return the carrier before the deadline. I wasn't going to risk that amount on a maybe.I don't believe this would be even close to fitting underneath an airplane seat. They have to be pretty small to fit under, for example Southwest. We intended to use it to get in and out of the hotel without her greeting everyone in sight.This checked a lot of other boxes for a large dog or cat carrier. I would have absolutely kept it had my dog adapted.

My cats love it so much that even when we are not traveling they still sleep in it daily
