After assembling the sauna box (which took much longer than anticipated), I realized the fumigator tube, the aroma box, the remote, and the floor mat were missing. I requested a refund and will not be ordering a replacement for this item. I was excited about getting to use this product, and very disappointed with the outcome. I have to disassemble the item and repackage everything and drop it off for return. Highly inconvenient. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Well, aside from not being super easy to put together (the frame is fine but getting the cover around it, not so easy), it's actually much better than I anticipated. It's plenty big enough for an adult male or female - easy enough to set it up and learn how to change the settings and functions. Heat level gets higher than I anticipated it would, which is fine too, just makes it more functional and useful. Overall, solid choice for something that's easy enough to take down and put back up.

This sauna is a game changer!! We love that it comes with the steamer and a chair. My favorite part was how easy it was to install it. It is also very easy to use because there are different heat levels. It functions great! It warms up very quickly. You definitely get your money's worth. It's also large and I can easily fit in it. Overall, I would definitely recommend.

It’s very big and spacious without taking up and space at home. It’s takes roughly 5-10 minutes to heat up to highest temp which is not bad. Very easy to use and put together. It comes with a chair to sit down while you steam which is cool. The build quality is superb no rips tears or bends which is awesome. For the price is definitely a steal since I have seen some of the same size and design for more.

If you're a sauna purist then this may not be for you. It won't get to 200 degrees or any of that. That being said, it does provide a relatively relaxing experience for a pretty affordable price.The size is great for me as I have it in my garage near my gym. As stated it does take a little while to get to max temp, and because most of the temperature is driven by the steam itself you want to get in and out quickly to not let too much steam out. I've tried sitting in it while it heats up and that's not super enjoyable.I'm 5'10" and the window is perfectly positioned so I can sit in the provided chair and watch TV through the clear plastic, which is great. I also appreciate the ability to unzip the window, and the pocket sewn right below it in case I want to use my phone real quick.Overall the unit itself is relatively well built, and it breaks down and stores easily when not in use. Definitely scratches the itch for those who don't have a true sauna but want to get a taste of the experience.

The pvc frame is essential. The cheap tin one started rusting almost immediately. The steam pump works decent enough. Would love to see a two person version with a hot rock steamer.
