I ordered this thinking it was a great deal, and you cannot go wrong with Cannon. Only to get a WHITE camera that was basically considered a gray product (internationa) and Cannon USA does not deal with them. Meaning if you have any issues, you are up a creek without a paddle. Better off purchasing directly from Cannon and getting a refurbish...cost about the same and you can get a warranty on them.

I wanted something entry-level with the ability to upgrade as I gained experience by changing lenses. I did a bit of research and deliberated among a few options before settling on this one. My budget was limited to $1000 and that was a contributing factor in this instance.This camera has so many different settings and adjustments you can make as you gain experience but also does a great job as a point and shoot, providing a range of shooting modes with pre-set parameters. It takes lovely images and I'm excited to learn how to use it more effectively.The camera feels good in the hands and is of a quality build. Lens attaches and detaches without a problem and the wireless camera connect app is super handy to transfer images onto my phone for editing and uploading. I love it and am very happy with my purchase.

Camera works great, of course, however I wanted the Black on as advertised and got a silver one and Silver with the Brown soft hold areas just looks outdated. Want an exchange that doesn't take a week or more, or a sufficient partial refund for the mistake on sellers end.

Was a gift and receiver loves it. Beginner photographer and was able to figure it out fairly easily. Does have option for when skills improve to add to the camera for a more experienced photographer. A good camera for beginner and to grow with.

I bought this as a beginners camera to start a new hobby in the time of quarantine. It is a great, high quality camera and allows for beginners like myself to easily explore the basic concepts of photography & has the settings-capacity to get more in depth as my skills progress.There was a minor issue to resolve with the seller upon receiving the camera and they were very prompt in responding & very easy to work with!10/10!
