The clip barely grips the camera head and tends to easily pop off. the slightest bump and it flies off. the hood could also be made to fit tighter to the camera. Nice idea but the design needs refinement.

I bought this unit so I could have a way to cut down sun impact on my videos when out shooting in the bright sun during the summer months.This unit is well made and works perfectly for what I need when filming for myself and clients and it helps make my life so much easier.

I ordered this Camera Lens Sun Hood for DJI Osmo Pocket 3 for my Pocket 3.I use my Pocket 3 to do BTS video on photo shoots. Many of these shoots are outdoors and I was running into a lot of situations where I was getting lens flare. This hood does a pretty good job of keeping unwanted light from getting to the lens. There is no vignetting with the normal lens, but I can't be sure that the same will be true if you put a wide angle adaptor on your Pocket 3.The hood is very light and does not interfere with the operation of the gimbal. It is made of very thin plastic, so it will crush or break easily. It doesn't fit into the case that I carry my Pocket 3 in, so transporting it is somewhat of a pain. It will fit into a large jacket or cargo-style pocket.
