The network is pretty much down. Simple photos arriving days after the fact with plenty of reception. Customer service number is offline. Went to file a fraud claim to get money back for the overpriced data subscription And found a corporate number for The Bean counters. Had to turn the screws and threaten to sue to get refunded. That's when the lady told me they aren't operational. They shouldn't even be selling these right now. Also the app was clunky and laggy and the photo quality was poor compared to cheaper options from Stealth: Got a 360 pivot cam with unlimited GB annual data plan for 120. And the camera was about half this price.

I've been looking for a trail camera to monitor a remote location with cellular service. I wanted to support an American company, given the number of Chinese companies selling trail cameras on Amazon. I payed a premium and was severely disappointed in the quality of this camera. I have a non-live streaming camera that gets excellent reception in the exact same spot, however this camera cannot connect to a reliable signal. It does not send any information realtime despite changing the setting in the app to do so. I can only reliably get a live stream 5% of the time I try to view my property. I will send pictures weeks after they were taken and it is loaded as "new photo" in the app. You cannot reliably reach Bushnell service to discuss issues. Purchased solar panel to supplement battery supply, this easily broke during installation. Incredibly unimpressed with Bushnell's customer service and quality. Would not buy again or recommend this company to anybody looking for trail cameras.

On the level - You are paying a premium for brand name with this camera. That's irrefutable, especially when considering the image and video quality (32 MP and 1080P, respectively) are somewhat substandard in a field of trail cams loaded with alternative options producing 48+MP images and 4K video for a fraction of the $300 price tag this camera carries.With that said, this camera is a nice, durable unit overall, and it will produce images and video that are of decent enough quality to make them valuable for monitoring and tracking the movement patterns of wildlife. Given this is a cellular-based camera, positioning does require placing the camera high enough and in an area clear enough for it to maintain a strong signal, but once that is in place you will get quality, real-time images pushed to the app anytime a critter gets in front of the camera. It is a cool thing to see!In my experience this camera was relatively easy to set up, and the image/video push is working as I would expect so far. Not having to walk out to cameras to pick up a Bluetooth signal or check memory cards is definitely nice, and I have little reason to believe this camera won't perform as expected over the seasons.Generally speaking, I'm quite pleased with this camera... but the price point is very difficult to accept when considering the array of comparable products in the marketplace that go for much cheaper. As such, it earns five stars for performance... but loses one to the excessive markup - 4/5 stars, overall!

It came already registered and when I called for technical support from factory was no one to assist me said queue was full try again another day and I called another department and they put me on hold for 2hrs and couldn’t help me

Gotta say this was a bad purchase so far. Short reason why: doesn’t work as promised and zero useful customer support.Did everything exactly as the instructions detailed and it doesn’t work. Just one pictured was saved but hasn’t taken any addl photos since…. For two weeks… with lots of activity in the photo capture zone and great cell coverage. No videos are being saved. No live streaming.When I call for help there is no one there and they just hang up and when I click on the QR code on the camera. It does not go to a link to Bushnell. it is a dead link. this was a gift so it’s not within the 30 or so days to return so that’s disappointing. I guess I’ll just go online and make sure everybody else knows that they need to be buyer beware.

Purchased 2nd hand Bushnell CELLUCORE live camera and went to register and connect to app and failed,,, Camera was already registered with prior owner and cannot be used,, Camera is useless and should not be sold....Ok, upped to 3 star because custumer service responded to email and said they could help.
