Walking 8-10 miles a day! The metal parts rust within 7 months and the metal bar that goes across the top that helps hold the canopy up rusted twice and fell off within a year and 7 months. Their Customer service is terrible, totally useless and knows nothing about the product! We are on our 2nd Bumble Ride stroller and the same thing has is happening after they nickeled and dimed us for replacing faulty parts on the 1st one. Stay away from this overpriced poorly designed jogging stroller! 🌴

I love it! I go for walks and runs every day trying to shed the baby weight. I love ❤️ every thing about it ! And side note my stroller did not come defective, It was so easy to put together I actually did it my self before my husband came home from work 💪. I am not one to right review but I did do my research on the top 3 stroller of the year and I can sleep at night knowing I put my money on non toxic product for my child. It nice, easy to clean, and love the off road range 😍😍

Love our Bumbleride. I’m an avid runner and rock this thing pretty fast and hard and it works great. I’ve run with it under six minutes a mile without any issues or speed wobbles from the front wheel. Speaking of front wheel, there are three settings. Freewheel, partial lock, and full lock. I use freewheel for casual stuff and walks and the mall, partial lock for most of my running, and full Lock sometimes when I think I need it. We’ve also travelled with it to Mexico twice and it does everything we need it to do. Collapses up easily.

The Bumbleride Speed stroller is the best. It is so smooth for jogging or speed walking on every terrain possible! It always feels super secure and the baby is always very comfortable. It is firm and smooth at the same time, easy to open and manuever when taken from the car's trunk. It is great for storage, the accessories are great (especially the parent pack and organic cotton infant insert). We also got the travel bag and it is the absolute best.I love how versatile it is in terms of adjusting the back for the baby or the handbar. BEST Stroller out there!

I agree with the previous reviewer. This item came defective to me as well i.e., the front wheel does not lock into the position that will allow for a partial swivel. I reached out to a lady named Laura from Bumbleride and she is extremely slow with her responses. For the price I paid for this stroller, the customer service sucks. and the product sucks However, the overall quality and looks of the material are good. They need to step up their game and provide a great customer service and not sell defective products or check before they ship (have better quality control measures in place). This stroller is ridiculously expensive. If they want to be competitive in the market, they need to not sell their product so expensive and provide excellent customer service. I usually do not give bad reviews like this but hopefully you will learn from this and become better.Update: Laura did work with me and sent me a new stroller. Some brownie points for that. I havent taken it out for a spin with my kid yet. Will keep you posted.

After researching the best running strollers on the market we came across Bumbleride. We were really excited to receive the stroller as a Christmas gift from my parents. Of course we did not open and assemble the stroller until May because it was winter in Philadelphia when we received it as a gift. Come to find out the stroller was defective. The front wheel did not latch in place properly. I reached out to Laura from Bumbleride who gave me the run around for weeks. I requested a replacement stroller because I did not feel safe running with my baby in the defective one and the wheel kept clicking/spinning. Bumbleride would NOT send me a replacement because it was past the return time frame (sorry i didn’t take the stroller out for a run in the snow in January) and kept stating they would send me “parts” to fix the existing stroller. I then simply asked for a refund and I would mail the stroller back but they declined that as well. For the price tag on this item I would have expected a replacement and better customer service. Needless to say I would not recommend this company to anyone and be careful you also don’t have a defective front wheel.
