These cup holders will do the job if you’re sticking to lighter-weight drinks. I’ve had no issues with basic 16–20 oz bottles or tumblers, but I’d be cautious putting anything heavier like a 20 oz tumbler filled with water and ice. The expandable grip is a cool idea, but the overall quality leaves a bit to be desired. Would’ve liked to see a sturdier build, especially for boat use where things tend to get jostled around. Still, for casual use or lighter cups, it works fine.
