This device is well made. I will say that. Has some good non-slip feet to keep it steady.Can only get it to work as a volume knob. There is no software for it. And they don't give you the device name to pair it via Bluetooth. It's name is "mini keyboard". The instructions on the product page mention switching the knob into alternative modes, push to mute, etc. None of that works, just volume. I honestly don't find this to be a great value, there are less expensive and more functional products out there.
