Picture quality is good, wide angle & night vision. Long wire gave plenty of room to attach to the rear cargo rack of my Himiway Cruiser ST as well as Hubby's Aventon Aventure ST & string along to the handlebars where the monitor is mounted. Velcro ties provided to hold the wire in place work well for my Cruiser, they were too short to fit the large frame of the Aventure so we found much longer Lekou Velcro straps, not the most attractive but works for now. When removing the unit for charging or to take inside at a store I worry the small tab you press to release will eventually break. The "night vision" has remained full color vs the FEISIKE camera which was black & white. They both do get washed out by headlights @ night, overall picture is better on this camera.I do wish these cameras mounting brackets were able to rotate as we had to get creative to fit it to Hubby's horizontal cargo rack, & my angled side of cargo rack, we could not attach to our vertical seat post as I have a child seat on my cargo rack & Hubby has a bag on his cargo rack, which blocks any seatpost set up.

I intended to use this on my bike, to make sure that I wasn't being overtaken prior to making a turn, however when I turned it on and saw how beautiful it was, I had second thoughts about taking it out on my bike. So the FIRST camera will be used for FULL TIME viewing of my driveway to watch for DELIVERIES, since all I need for FULL TIME is to plug it into a USB power supply. A subsequent camera might find it's way onto my bike's handlebar. Last night, I took it outside after dusk, and saw that it was BETTER at seeing COLORS in the DARK than my EYES! You need SOME light, but not much. The screen stays bright, and you get GRAINY images as the camera struggles, but my own EYES have to struggle. Now I'm just waiting for some 25 foot TRRS EXTENSION CORDS to arrive to make sure that I can mount the camera and screen at a distance. I was THRILLED to see that the cable was a STANDARD TRRS CABLE to pass BOTH POWER and IMAGE. That sure SIMPLIFIED installation! If this works as well AT A DISTANCE then I've got a whole lot of uses all over my property for these cameras.Edited, NEXT DAY: I wish I could give this camera ADDITIONAL stars! The first one found it's home with the display under my computer monitor, and the camera mounted UNDER my front deck, protected from weather, and aimed to show the driveway and front yard. NOW, I'VE ORDERED THREE MORE! One will go on my bike, and the other two will be mounted on a ROHN 25 Radio Tower that is next to my house, and will view the front and back yards. FINALLY I'll have "Always ON" cameras to check weather and activity (mostly wildlife) around the yard. I've tested this camera with LONG EXTENSION CORDS, and it works VERY WELL.de KØUNX, Jim, in Jefferson County Colorado.

I like this camera and display. The image quality is very good and the camera installation was straightforward. Mounting and removing the display is a completely different story. There's no slot mount for the display, so your only options to remove the display are either to completely remove the mount from the bike or to unscrew the plastic nut that secures the display to the mount. The mount has a fork-like clamp that relies on a single bolt to hold everything securely in place. This bolt is made from very low-strength metal and it stripped out almost immediately. The camera is useless without a solid way to attach the display.I was able to locate a replacement bolt that is working for now, but I'm uneasy about how long the plastic nut is going to last if I need to loosen it each time I want to remove the display.

This is a pretty nice camera to have if you want a safer way to see behind your bike. I actually have neck pain so turning my head can be painful so this really does help. The camera does require a cable to power the device. It is NOT wireless. You will need to run the cable to the back where the camera is. The cables that it comes with are rather long so you do not have to worry about it being too short. It is easy to tuck away in my opinion. It can get tangled if you do not tie it down well so be aware of that. You can disconnect the screen from the camera to charge the screen. One thing to note is that the screen can be removed and taken with you if you lock your bike for extra security. There is no lock for the screen or camera so you should take it with you if you leave your bike. The cables are fairly thick so it should not break or fray. It is semi weather proof although I did see some fading of the black on the cable. Also, the screen is extremely noticeable on the bike handle. When riding, the screen does turn not turn off or go into sleep mode so you do not have to worry about it shutting off and having to turn it back on. It does have an internal battery on the screen to keep the device running for several hours. It does not record anything so be aware of that. This is just a camera to allow you to see behind you and not to record anything. There is no internal memory or sd card slot. It comes with easy to install clamps that you can use to mount the screen and camera to your bike. You can adjust the camera accordingly to your best view. The camera does require a plugin to the screen so it can be powered. I ran it pretty well on my bike and the cable actually has enough of a length. The camera itself is fairly easy to install in the back. I am not sure if this is good for rain weather so I cannot say if you can leave the device in the rain. At this point, I do not recommend that. The camera actually has a pretty good video quality. That being said, it provides the best view from the back of the bike. I can easily see if there is a car coming up behind me or if another biker is without needing to turn my head. The screen control is fairly straight forward to use. Because it is constantly on, it can drain the battery quicker. If you wish, you could turn it off if you do not need it but it does take a bit to boot back up if you want to use it again. I would recommend having it just on at all times as it does last for quite sometime (several hours). Be aware the screen is not touch screen and has to be controlled via controls on the backside so it does take some time to get used to what button does what. Overall the bike cam is nice for helping me see clearly at night and during the day behind my bike. I am able to ride with a bit more security. The screen gives a clear picture and the camera is a great quality. It gives a very open view and there is not lag or disorientation in the video.
