Die Jacke ist passend und ist mindestens genau so gut wie meine doppelt so teuere Jacke. Das Kopfteil ist wie ein Hut, sodass es bei der Arbeit nicht verrutscht! Definitiv empfehlenswert

I received this pretty late in the season so I don't know how much cooler it is than my heavy weight suit, but it would have to be a bit cooler. The main problem I have is with the left hand zipper, otherwise the suit meets expectations, I'll know more next May or June.

Africanized bees will get you through this suit, but for my calmer bees it works well. I store the suit shoved into the veil to keep the veil bowing out so it doesn't touch my face...or I get stung. Some wires around veil started popping out and rusting after the second wash

I didn’t like hood it metal screen rusted quickly , cumbersome as well jacket is nice did get stung once through jacket but over worked ok

This was my first year keeping bees and although I had hand me down gear it did not fit my body well. This jacket was perfect although I did upsize by 1 size as I did not want it to be tight. Sleeve and body length were correct to diagrams and the zipper is big enough to manipulate while wearing gloves.

UPDATE: the mesh on the veil is wire (i.e. metal), meaning it’s susceptible to moisture damage. After the first time using it on a hot summer day, the veil was rusted over and nearly impossible to see through. So, I cleaned it up and figured I big deal, because I didn’t mind drying off any sweat/moisture after each use. However, after about the third or fourth time using it, the rust weakened the mesh to where it broke through. Yes, you can tape the hole, but then your line of sight is obscured. Basically what I’m saying is the jacket is a spectacular product, but the veil absolutely sucks! With the price for this item, one would expect a better quality veil. I haven’t contacted customer service yet, but I will update this review based the experience.Very lightweight and breathes much better than other jacket/veil combos. The veil is made with actual metal screen, which is both good and bad. It’s good because it’s durable, but it’s also susceptible to rust. If you sweat at all during your hive inspections, make sure you clean off the screen on the veil as soon as you finish the inspections.
