At first, some of the software was challenging. But that meant that I needed to so a self culteral change and go with more updated and supported apps and devices. To get my dual monitors to work properly, I purchased aWAVLINK USB 3.0 or USB C to Dual HDMI (4k) Splitter Extended Display for Dual Monitor. Now I am fully cut over and am enjoying the mini pc. I do like the sleep feature. I also purchased a ANEXT USB Router Fan, Include 1000mm Extension Cable with 3-Speed Adjustable Controller and changed the bottom grill with a 120mm Computer Fan Filter Grill to provide constant filtered up-flow of quiet cooling air.

Does exactly as advertised. System is clean and ready to go. Easy set up. Had to wait for about a dozen updates, but that is to be expected. It’s all automated, so no need to stress. Having a nice clean hard drive is like crawling into bed with crisp, clean sheets! Delicious!😋

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Very good mini pc for the price. I think the dual ethernet is a bit overkill since few would ever use both. I have only had this for about a week but, it appears to perform very well and is priced reasonably for what you get. Setup was easy and without issues.

Just fired it up after connecting to internet, monitor, speakers, keyboard, mouse, and power. It seamlessly went thru boot process, downloading Microsoft 11 updates, and even downloaded files from my previous PC all automatically (after having me sign in to Microsoft). Love the size for "desk top"!So far, and into my second day I love it and plan on getting a second one. More to come, especially if anything of significance comes about.

I like the Beelink product line, they work great. Only thing to worry about is the fan. First unit fan started making noise after 2 years in service. It was somewhat easy to purchase the part and replace it.

Pros:- Surprising specs considering the price- Small compact package. Very quiet all things considered- Lots of ports on this. I like that this has dual HDMI AND Dual LAN portsCons:- Very plasticky constructionOverall:I've been really happy with this mini PC from beelink. I've not been in the PC scene for a whiel, but it's pretty incredible what kind of specs you can get now'a'days in the sub $500 range. The i5 on this has plenty of power for the majority of users. I mainly do document work and work in lightroom and this has been plenty fast for me. I love the variety of ports included which was pleasantly surprising for both the price and size of this little machine. This is so small and light that you can easily bring this around with you if you're travelling between work stations that have a monitor set up for you. Overall a great option for the money, 100% would recommend!

If you're looking for a super compact computer for general use like surfing the internet, watching online videos, checking email and some light gaming, this Beelink EQi12 Mini PC is a great choice. The case is very compact measuring just 5" square and 1.75" thick, so it's easy to place it anywhere on your desk. The computer has an Intel Core i5, 2-4.4 GHz processor with 24GB, DDR4 RAM and a 500GB M.2 NVME SSD drive, so it's plenty fast for day to day use. There's a second storage slot so you can expand the storage up to 2TB if you want or need more space. It does use integrated Intel UHD Graphics 600 so it's not going to play games with demanding graphics, but 4K videos play perfectly well.It has an internal 85W, solid state power supply so there's no large power brick. The front of the computer has 1 USB-A 3.0 port, 1 USB-C 3.0 port, a headphone jack, a reset port, the power button and a white power light. On the back side you'll find 2 USB-A 3.0 ports, 1 USB-A 2.0 port, 2 HDMI ports, 2 1GB Ethernet LAN ports, the power port and three exhaust cooling ports. It also has BT5.2 and Wi-Fi 6 built in so you have plenty of connection options. Inside the box you get an HDMI cable, a power cable and a white "Hello" decal.Windows 11 is preinstalled and set up was super easy, but there were a number of updates that needed to be applied so it did take about 45 minutes to get up and running. After all the updates were installed I ran a scan for any malware or bloatware, and I'm happy to report there was none found. This computer is really quiet when it's running. Fan noise is virtually undetectable and only increased slightly after about an hour of watching 4K online videos. The computer did not get hot but I did add a 3/4" rubber washer in each corner so there was a little more room underneath for improved air flow, just to be on the safe side.So far after using this Beelink EQi12 Mini PC for two days I'm very happy with the performance, so I'm giving this a highly recommended and 5 out of 5 stars.

I have mixed feelings about this device. Great connectivity options (2 USB C, HDMI, dual NIC, SD Card reader). The unit is super quiet which is great, and it has a built-in power supply, so there's no clutter on the desk. The power button doubles as a fingerprint reader and there's room for a second SSD. The SSDs sit below a massive heatsink. The unit also has built-in speakers and a microphone, though the speakers don't have an opening in the case, so the sound is a bit "boxy". Good enough for meetings, though for listening to music they are a little quiet and don't have the range for decent sound.Initially I couldn't get any sound out of the internal speakers, and I spent a significant amount of time messing with drivers until I decided to open up the unit to check if the speakers were physically faulty. I was surprised to find that the speakers were not connected to the motherboard.Their support seems crazy. Their forums are full of people asking for drivers for all models and one wonders why they don't just put them all on a website - they do seem to respond fairly quickly, though not always (this is just from reading the forums, as I never made contact with them). The driver package I downloaded took hours for a 2.4Gb driver pack and a lot of people seem to complain about that, so support appears to upload the files to a mega.nz account and allow you to download them from there, but Mega won't let you download such large files using standard https so you have to get an account with Mega, download their app, etc. so you can download them. I decided to just wait for the download to complete.Speaker issue aside, initial setup was a massive pain because Windows kept throwing errors during the setup and rebooted automatically several times displaying messages about auto recovery, etc. Eventually it went through OK, and I had to do a fair bit of maintenance to get things working fully and for Windows updates to start working again - probably a corrupt image to start with.I'm satisfied enough with the unit now that everything works, but, if you're not a little technically inclined, I'd give these a second thought or wait until there's a significant price drop in case you need to pay someone for assiatnce.
