I really wanted to like this chair. I do like how it allows you to sit without the legs at a 90 degree angle, but wider. However, no matter how long I sat on this (I tried it out for months), it still had pressure points somewhere (even if I kept switching the angle) and I found that it pushed my lower back into too much of a curve, which strained my SI joints. I was really sad about this, because I would have really liked a chair like this that allows me to half-stand-half-sit at the computer (I've tried those kneeling chairs and they just kill my knees--I can't do it, and because of the pelvic instability, I just can't stand at a standing desk for any length of time).I suspect this is a great chair for others, but just beware that if you suffer from pelvic instability at the SI joints, you might face the same issues that I did.

I have had one of these chairs for about 5 years now. I sit at a desk for long periods writing. With the correct alignment of the monitor and keyboard, this chair relieved my aching back and it allows me to sit for very long periods without any pain. I would often have to go to a chiro to get put back in shape but this chair has changed all that. Not only is it great for posture, it is great for your whole body as you are now slouching or reaching or hunching - it is a wonderful invention. Not cheap, but I think it has saved me money and certainly pain and future problems and is totally worth it.

I work in an office all day and have had previous back injuries and issues. I have found no better chair than this one for all the work that I do at my desk. This chair allows me to stretch all the way across and around my desk with ease, quickly shift position for multi-tasking, and keeps my posture correct. I first thought the lack of a back on this chair would be a detriment and I would hate it, but almost immediately I fell in love with the way it put me into the correct seated posture. By keeping my legs at a lower angle, rather than the typical 90 degree angle of regular chairs, it pulled the pressure away from my back and put it on the hips where my seated pressure needed to be.I highly recommend this chair to any who can afford it!
