This item was sent in 4 pieces, not assembled as pictured, and the spring for the latch mechanism is missing, so the latch will not stay locked. After turning the selector to the lock position, the latch slips down, and the device falls off. Not a complete item from this is a BAD seller. I can't believe they would ship an item that does NOT work.
