Item arrived in secure packaging. Worked as soon as I plugged it in. It shows up as a small USB drive with the driver. I had a previous driver already installed so I did not need to load any driver. I am running Windows 10 Pro. I also plugged it into a laptop I have, loaded the driver, attached to an 802.11 AC Wireless Access Point and browsed the internet. I obtained 380mb test downloads (I have a 400mb Spectrum network) which is very respectable. I have a different USB 801.11 AC dongle that only obtained 250mb. So this is a very good device.
