This grinder was fun to use the first few times. The grinder is easy to load and easy to use. The open spout makes it easy to pour your herb out which is great when you have to put it into containers or into a wrap. The only downside is that if you have anything thats really compact, it can stop trying to grind, and anything relatively moist will stick to the sides and inside of the grinder instead of falling out the hole in the spout. It cleans easily, and is way easier to use than the old school metal grinders that you have to twist by hand. It definitely cuts down on time and is great for people with carple tunnel or other issues that may cause problems with gripping or twisting the older versions. It stayed charged for a long time and comes with its own charging cord, however you will have to use your own charging base.. As long as youre using dry material, this grinder will save you a bunch of time and is super convenient. I would recommend trying this for anyone who has issues with their wrists or hands that makes the older versions of grinders hard to use. Its convenient. The only reason i gave 4 stars and not 5 is for the fact that moist material and compact material interfere with how the grinder is suppose to be used.

I had previously purchased a different brand of the same product and loved it, but was starting to wear out so I purchased this for the inevitable moment that I was going to have to replace it. I picked this one simply because it had a slightly larger composite. When the time finally came to break out the new grinder, this product would not grind at all and it was too late to return it.The center post where the top attches and should turn it in order to grind things simply does not fit tight enough to make the two pieces grind together when even a smal amout of herb is in it. (Empty it rotate but with just a sprinkling of already broken up herb in it it stops turning). When I realized it was too late to return the grinder I even tried pinching it together a bit to tighten it up, but that did not help.I had to limp along the old one til I could reorder the other brand again. Very disappointed.

I purchased a different grinder but it was more suited for kitchen use and was hard wired… It pulverized everything and was not what I really wanted …So I did a little more research and found this one which fits the bill perfectly.. It does not pulverize everything which is exactly what I was looking for .. It is rechargeable via USB-C connection and arrived partially charged .So I gave it a full charge which took maybe 45 mins if that and gave it a test run…Do not overfill it or you can’t get the top piece on…It also has a reverse function, you just tap it and everything comes out…If you are looking for something other than a spice grinder this is it

Been wanting an electric grinder for a while, but I’ve gone back to my original hand grinder. This thing isn’t strong enough to break up large nugs, and even has trouble with small pieces if you put too much. The connection where the cone meets the spinning bit is completely rounded out so I can’t even use mine anymore and I only used it 3-4 times successfully. I expected better from this brand.

The seller is highly recommended but I don't think I would buy it again. Very inconsistent with grinding, takes three times as long to grind than with a manual grinder. Sometimes I had to transfer to the manual grinder because this one wouldn't finish,it would just spin even though cleaned as directed.

I bought this grinder to replace a smaller size different brand that was purchased in August and quit working in December. I use it for grinding the herbs we grow and dry. This larger grinder did one turn and stopped. It looks like a manufacturing issue because the mechanism twisted and popped.

For years I have been an admirer and customer of Cloudious. But I have always felt they needed to take their understanding of the user experience and prioritization of our health to a mechanized grinder. Well the lunchbox has landed! Instead of working my forearms and wrists in a battle with a regular grinder and then having to slowly scoop out plant material, the Auto9 does it all seemingly in seconds. Grinding used to be laborious, now it is a joy. I cannot praise this device enough!!!!
