The A145 recreates the listening experience of a control room or recording studio environment. Tight bass, clear and accurate midrange, and smooth highs make the A145 a perfect choice for headphone mixing, playback, and critical listening for both professionals and music lovers alike.

I tried the a150 and a140 as well and really liked the clarity and mids of the a140 and felt there was a bit too much bass for long sessions in the a150. The A150s don’t have the same clarity in the mids and top end. But the a150 is a bit bigger and more comfortable. For my use the a145 is perfect as I felt the a140 lacked low end for mixing. I won’t be wearing them for too long at a time so comfort wasn’t as high priority. I usually mix w monitors then open back headphones and closed backs are more for necessity. The separation in the mids on these headphones made me hear harmonies and guitar chords so much more clearly and I re-fell in love w some bands I used to listen to even after many other headphones and iems through the years. I have other headphones that are much more expensive and I cannot hear in any way that these are so much cheaper. Great value!
