I struggled with cleaning out base anchors with screwdrivers, tea-spoons and anything else I could find. This tool simply does the job. It'll probably break if you use it for anything else. By nature of its design and intended use it has to be made of pretty thin material, but it can scrape away the compacted mud at the bottom of the anchors better than anything else I've seen. Keep it away from the kids, but you definitely need one of these in the little league equipment storage shed.

Great tool, saves you from having to use screwdrivers or whatever else you can try to use to clean out the base post bases. Does the job much more efficiently, and is easy to use.
