Spears are certainly not as glamorous as a sword, but they were still preferred by most warriors throughout ancient history. Unlike swords, spears could be used in close-combat and at a distance. This steel spear head features a sharp point and rounded blade, making it more aerodynamic and better for penetration. The spear point is also reinforced with a central ridge, which both strengthens and provides extra weight, allowing it to fly farther and stay intact upon impact. Attach this beauty to as long or short spear shaft and off to war you go!

I purchased this spear with reservation after reading the other reviews. I now believe the other reviews are much too generous for this product. I could assume mine somehow skipped quality control, but the reality could also be that this spear doesn't undergo any quality control or assurance. In my opinion production speed, invoicing, and shipping times most likely trump customer satisfaction with this manufacturer. For the money I feel like purchasing a cheap knife at the gas station and tying it to a stick would be the better decision. The spear isn't evenly weighted or ground. The "sharpening" doesn't extend the length of the blade and is uneven, jagged, almost haphazard looking. The spears point isn't a true point but likely the quickest point they could get. While its likely none of us really need a weapon quality spear, I just like to get my money worth and I don't feel like I did with this product. I recommend you buy something else, maybe a fly swatter, cord, some matches, or outdoor gear.

Bad WEAK welds on the piece, the "edges" are removed by what I can only guess is an acetylene torch with no touch up, the entire thing is twisted so it can't even be given an edge and the point is ground so jank that it won't stick in dirt, let alone a target. Absolutely the worst piece of garbage I've bought off Amazon, ever. 0 stars.
