有効幅が35mmなのでキャベツは無理ですが刃が両刃なので往復で切れるのでキュウリのスライスがあっという間にできます｡固い生姜も気持ちよくスライス出来ました。刃の取り付けの構造上野菜くずがプラスチックの隙間に詰まる事もありませんでした。今までは貝印の4種セットの物を使っていましたがスライサーしか使わないので単品で探しても大袈裟なサイズの物しか見つからなかったのでコンパクトサイズで良かったです。ひとつだけ残念だったのが使い慣れた貝印と比べると気持ち厚めに切れてしまう事｡キュウリを塩揉みするの時にポキポキ折れがちでした。でもこれはこれで歯ごたえがあって良かったので慣れの問題かと思います。

Dangerous item. It's so small that when I was using it to slide radishes I cut the tip off my middle finger even though I thought I was being careful. Finger had healed. Two stars for being razor sharp. I'll stick to a larger model in the future.

This is great to thinly slide your veggies, and your finger tip... I slide out the tip of two fingers in the first and second use. Beware, it will slide too quick that your finger tip will be gone if you keep slicing. I do recommend this item for adults with CAUTION!!!

ちょっとだけスライスネギが必要な時に、まな板と包丁を使うのが面倒だなぁと思っていたので、購入してみました。とてもいい買い物でした。スライスも楽に薄くできました。きゅうりのスライスも楽チンだし、ちょっとピザトーストとかにスライスピーマンとか、洗い物も少なく済むのでいいですよ。

This is a very well made product which is sharp, easy to use, easy to clean, and easy to store. It has a good grip and I like it, but it was somewhat narrow. It would work for carrots or small cucumbers, but I wanted to be able to slice wider vegetables like eggplant. I ended up returning it and bought the wider version instead. If you only need it for smaller vegetables, I highly recommend it.
