Our kids want to go to the beach every day in the summer. I don't want to get any more sun spots or have them get too sunburnt. This is easy to set up with a little help. The sandbags will help keep it in place, though they're not foolproof. Some days it gets extra windy on our beaches. The height of this is nice and I don't feel as bad blocking other people's view at the beach. It does take up a bit of space, being able to fit 4-6 people comfortably.

Fairly easy to set up at the beach after you shovel some sand into the pockets. Seems pretty durable in the Wind as it is a stretchy t-shirt type material. Not waterproof but definitely keeps the UV rays off of you. It does compact down into a small easy to pack size, much easier than a pop-up canopy. Functions well if you need shade. Seems like a decent value for your money, although I wish they had included some ground Stakes so you could use this in grassy areas also.

This tent is incredibly easy to set up and was ready to use in just a few minutes with some assistance. I appreciate the feature of adding sand at the end to ensure stability and prevent it from blowing away or moving. The tent is quite tall, providing ample space underneath for coverage without the need for people to squeeze together. The quality is exceptionally durable, suggesting a long-lasting lifespan. It has already proven useful for a few beach trips, and I anticipate its longevity. Overall, I am thoroughly satisfied with its functionality and appearance. However, I must mention that it has unfortunately flown away during one of my trips.

Took this to the river when it actually got warm the other day. Was super easy to transport, set up, and disassemble. May become a permanent awning over my hot tub. Couldn't be happier. A+

We had a smaller one of these and really liked it; we just needed more space. This one is great. With the 4 poles, the entire tent covers a very large area. The sandbag corners help it stay in place. The poles are sturdy and have balls at the top for the tent to rest against. If you haven't tried one of these before, don't hesitate. They are great. Also, these are much safer than large umbrellas. With 2 people, it is easy to set this up and take it down.

I used one of these before, but it only had 2 poles and thought I’d like to try this one with 4 poles to see if it would have more shade. With the sun overhead I measured about 10’ of shade and I could walk under it only sometimes hitting my head, so it gives about 6’ clearance.The poles are like tent poles but much stronger and have a pointed bottom and quality ball on top. They recommend not getting sand into the joints as it could be difficult to separate them.The overall product seems to be of very good quality, even the shovel and bag.Some notes… it might be possible to erect by yourself but 2 people will be much easier.The arms that come out the sides go out an extra 6-8 feet each so this wont be good for a crowded beach, be sure you have plenty of room.

This beach tent is large and easy to assemble. They have taken into account how to fool it is to stake a tent in sand by using built-in sandbags to anchor a tent. This works fairly well, but in a stiff wind the sandbags will move and if you do not pay attention, the tent could possibly collapse. This is not normally a problem however, as it takes pretty stiff wind to drag the sandbags.The tent is fairly large and I was able to obtain shade for five people and three Golden Retrievers. Because of the open design, it will not protect you from wind, but that is not the point for this item.Taking it down and getting it back into the bag is also a lot easier than it is with some other products. The bag is big enough but if you do not take care it can be a tight fit.If you're looking for an easily assembled tent that provides relief from the Sun and can be stored easily and set up easily, then this is a good choice.
