The color was spot-on what I needed, but I had to use much more gel than I anticipated to achieve even a pastel saturation. Using a drop or two of this in macarons helps cancel out the almond flour's yellow tones to make the macarons look purer white.

I can’t taste any flavor when adding this to my buttercream frosting but cuts the yellow and allows me to make bright white frosting!You only need a very small amount, I add one drop (comes out thick and quick so squeeze gently!).First time I used too much and made buttercream grey/purple ish.

I'm a hobbyist baker who recently started baking macarons, and vanilla lavender was the most popular flavor I made. It would take half the competition's powder to get a desirable shade, but one drop of this stuff was perfect for an entire batch! I'm not kidding, I literally kissed this tiny bottle of amazing miracle purpleness that was added to my recipes! It did have a slightly noticeable effect on end result texture, but the meringue still easily kept its form throughout the baking process. Highly recommend!

This product works so well in frosting. You don’t need a lot to make the color vibrant. I will continue to use this brand of color

I bought this only to whiten very pale yellow buttercream frosting. The item arrived in perfect condition, so I'm a happy camper.

This might be very strange to learn but I use this food coloring to make out amazing placenta prints. We encapsulate placentas to help support moms in postpartum and as a keepsake they can have a beautiful art pieces. It's the best food coloring I have found and you can get so many different colors!! Hands down the best and I only buy this brand now.
